About Culle

My name is Culle and I am an LCSW-S, CSAT-S specializing in the treatment of Adult Children of Sex Addicts, Childhood Trauma, Partners of Sex Addicts, Betrayal, Infidelity, Codependence, CPTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Love Addiction and Love Avoidance through an Attachment lens.

I began my 30-year career working at The Meadows Treatment Center in Wickenburg, AZ learning Pia Mellody’s Post Induction Therapy Model of Developmental Trauma. In addition, I spent part of my time at The Meadows as the Assistant Director of Sexual Disorder Services under the direction of Patrick J. Carnes, Ph.D. I am also the co-author of ‘A Light in the Dark: the Hidden Legacy of Adult Children of Sex Addicts!’Having worked and trained with 2 of the foremost Recovery Pioneers of our time and most recently co-authoring the first book on Adult Children of Sex Addicts uniquely qualifies me to assist you in your healing journey.

My passion is to aid you in learning how to have a healthy, mature relationship with yourSelf and others! I truly believe everyone holds their own answers inside their heart. We all need guidance from those who have traveled this journey before us and daily connection with others on the same path. Safety and confidentiality are of utmost importance to me in providing you the ability to reconnect with yourSelf, heal and flourish. You will find my therapeutic approach to be kind, sensitive, body-centered, educational, experiential, mindful, direct and empowering. Lastly, I use a combination of the following treatment modalities: Post Induction Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR.
